Where do you source your beans?
We work directly with farmers in Colombia, Ethiopia, and Guatemala, paying above Fair Trade prices for exceptional specialty-grade beans.
How fresh is the coffee?
Every batch is roasted to order and shipped the same day. You’ll never receive beans that have been sitting on a shelf.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes! Subscribe to your favourite blend and save 10%. Choose your grind, frequency, and delivery schedule — all flexible and cancel anytime.
Can I visit the roastery?
Absolutely. We offer tastings and tours on Saturday mornings. Book via our contact page or just drop in.
What is your returns policy?
If you’re not happy with your order, let us know within 14 days and we’ll send a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
